Terms of Service

Our terms and conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RebookIt.ai website located at www.rebookit.ai (the “Site”) and any related services, features, or applications (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of the Service

RebookIt.ai is an AI-powered price-drop monitoring tool for hotel bookings. Users submit their hotel booking confirmation details (via email forwarding or PDF upload), and the Service periodically checks whether the price for the same room has decreased. When a lower price is detected, the Service sends the user a notification with a link to rebook directly on the original booking platform.

Important clarifications:

  • RebookIt.ai is an informational monitoring tool only. We do not make, modify, or cancel any hotel bookings on your behalf.
  • Any rebooking action is performed by you directly on the third-party booking platform (e.g., Booking.com). RebookIt.ai is not responsible for, and has no control over, the policies, availability, or pricing of any third-party platform.
  • RebookIt.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Booking.com or any other hotel booking platform. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@rebookit.ai if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service is available through paid subscription plans. Current pricing is as follows:

  • Monthly plan: $3.99 per month
  • Annual plan: $39.99 per year

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

5.1 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period at our discretion. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.

5.2 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods, unless required by applicable law.

6. User Data and Content

By submitting booking confirmation emails, PDFs, or any other content to the Service (“User Content”), you grant RebookIt.ai a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and analyze your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to share any User Content you submit, and that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party.

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • Use the Service to transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code;
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking information.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to RebookIt.ai and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service other than a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or provide links to third-party websites, services, or platforms (including but not limited to Booking.com and Stripe). These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. RebookIt.ai is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RebookIt.ai disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
  • Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of price-drop notifications or rate comparisons;
  • Any warranty that the Service will result in any particular savings, financial benefit, or successful rebooking;
  • Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Price information is obtained from third-party booking platforms and may be subject to change, inaccuracy, or delay. RebookIt.ai does not guarantee the availability of any rate displayed or that a rebooking will be possible at the indicated price.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REBOOKIT.AI, ITS OWNER(S), OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BOOKINGS, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN ANY EVENT, REBOOKIT.AI'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO REBOOKIT.AI DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations above shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RebookIt.ai and its owner(s), officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any User Content you submit to the Service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, and 14.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at support@rebookit.ai to request account deletion.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Fribourg, Switzerland.

15. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RebookIt.ai regarding the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
